What is CPRS's cancellation policy for appointments?At CPRS, we understand that sometimes plans change. To better accommodate all our clients, we request that you inform us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel your appointment. This allows us to manage our schedule effectively and offer the time slot to another client in need of our services. If you fail to show up or do not notify us of your cancellation within the 24-hour window, you will incur a $25.00 fee.
